Le cours d’Abdos Fessiers est un cours de renforcement musculaire qui consiste à travailler des zones ciblées. Composé d’exercices avec ou sans matériel (Swiss ball, élastique, bâton, etc…) vous ferez travailler au sol ou debout et en musique vos abdominaux, vos fessiers ou encore vos cuisses pour parfaire votre silhouette.
Ce cours peut être décliné sous différentes forme : Abdos Flash, Cuisses Abdos Fessiers, Abdos Taille avec toujours le même objectif, sculpter les zones ciblées.
